The highest coaching standards of professional quality are always expected from Opus VITA coaches. To insure quality assurance our coaching professionals must operate within the operational and ethical standards of  accreditation bodies. Opus VITA operates within the guidelines of the the British Psychological Society.

 

» Rights of the individual: to confidentiality, privacy, freedom of self-expression and determination within an individual's culture, belief systems, also access to information and support.  
» Recognition of individual coaching limits: Coaches must acknowledge the standards and limits of their individual competence. Coaches must provide evidence of continuing professional development and maintain of high standards in their professional work.  
» Relationships: Coaches will develop positive relationships cornerstoned on trust and observe professional boundaries.  
» Representation: Coaches must make fair and accurate representations of themselves, experiences, qualifications, expertises to their client; colleagues and Opus VITA.  
» Responsibility: Coaches accept their responsibility for their behaviour and must uphold the professional standards of conduct and obligations as outlined by the the British Psychological Society.
